By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant lendravex a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. lendravex does not endorse any User-Generated Content and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such content.
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
Some services may require payment of fees. By using such services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as specified at the time of purchase. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the website, and you are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to such termination.
